Diaspora Village Batroun - Statue Of Liberty

Negative: Extremely disappointed with our experience. We had originally planned to stay one night and were genuinely impressed by how beautiful the place was but that impression didn’t last long. A man named Danny used a master key to enter our room twice without knocking, seemingly not expecting us to be there. It was incredibly alarming and deeply unsettling, especially as we were 2 women staying alone. We felt completely unsafe. Because of this, we demanded a refund and chose to spend the night elsewhere.

Excellent location and fantastic service Positive: The location close to everything and the service they gave makes you feel like you are home. Negative: They need to change the pillow of the beds because they are so hard

An amazing experience and we will be coming back for more Positive: Amazing location and very ethnic and historic buildings Negative: The restaurants in the property are very close to the rooms some share the same wall even. It was a little noisy especially when some clients at the restaurant are drinking and staying late ( they can be very noisy)
